The government needs to face up to the unfair treatment of Maori in the criminal justice system, the Green Party says.

A United Nations working group has recommended the government undertake a review of the degree of inconsistencies and systemic bias against Maori at all levels of the criminal justice system.

The working group noted that Maori are over-represented in the prison population and warned that incarceration that is the outcome of bias “constitutes arbitrary detention in violation of international law”.

Green Party co-leader Metiria Turei says it’s not OK to have a legal system that sends more Maori to prison with longer sentences.

BIG LOSER to you

Last night 8/2/2014 as I was walking past there was a young child (8 years old maybe) sitting on a stool out side.

WHY you ask.

The family was in having a feed inside(i guess he was under age). On my way home it got to me that they would give a stool and leave him outside (was raining).

I felt sad for the child (Samoa or Pacific islander at-least).

Never going there to support the place with morals like that.

Great Cricket, Don’t blame the umpires as they are calling it as they see it, Good or bad, it goes both ways.

No Psychoactive Substance In the CBD

As a shop owner I find the sales of this Psychoactive Substance killing the East end of town.

Reason I’m against it is.

1/ Sick of the rubbish left, Drug packets and the people empting their car.

2/ Sick of the abuse when they go around the back of the shop to go to the toilet (against the wall) (As there is no toilet in the green area).

3/ Sick of seeing them hop  in their cars and then smoke the stuff before driving off.

4/ The language they use is driving the people that come to this end of town to buy from the shops.

5/ The  green area in Warren street is just a place for them to smoke the stuff in public, They don’t care if there are families with kids, the users just light their bongs ( or empty the rubbish bins to find an empty can to use) smoke and use bad language to a point the families get up and leave.

6/ It should be illegal to use / smoke in public places.

7/ It should be banned in the CBD

8/ When it’s raining they stand under the veranda’s and smoke the stuff, it then drifts into the shop and stinks the shop out, Or we have to close the doors (lose customers for door shut or they are too scared to stop).

I am an Orcon customer…but not for much longer. They have crawled into bed  with a fugitive and convicted insider trader, and fraudster.

I thought that I’d shed some light on their supposed “unlimited” new plans  that the fat Kraut is waxing lyrical over.

Krim Dot-Con has partnered with Or-Con and they are promoting their new  offerings and the idiot media lapped it all  up

Or-Con claims their service is “unlimited”, but if you read their T&Cs,
  it says they are limiting the  bandwidth…

If customers on unlimited plans download data in excess of Orcon’s estimates  then all customers on unlimited plans may see download/upload speeds drop  temporarily.

To make sure that people who are downloading heaps don’t adversely affect our  fixed data plan customers we have two ‘pools’ of bandwidth. One for the people  on the unlimited plan, one for all the rest.  We have based the size of  these “pools” on estimated average customer usage.

So if people on the unlimited plans start downloading more than we expect  (especially during busy times like in the evening), all people in the unlimited  pool may see speeds drop temporarily. This is done so that the usage by  customers on unlimited plans doesn’t affect the speed and network performance of  customers on fixed data plans.

They will also be shaping (which has been the subject of Fair Trading Act  breaches for other companies)

And they have a “Fair Use Policy” that lets them kick you off – and still  charge you an early termination fee. Lovely.

If, in Orcon’s sole opinion, your usage is so heavy that it materially  exceeds estimated use patterns over any month or Orcon believes that your usage  of our services will adversely affect the quality of the service received by  other customers, then Orcon may (in its sole discretion):

  • de-prioritise your access to the network;
  • apply charges to your account for the excessive and/or unreasonable element  of your usage;
  • suspend or restrict access to your service; or
  • terminate your service.

Where reasonable, Orcon will provide you with notice before suspension,  restriction or termination. If we terminate your services and you have agreed to  a fixed contract term you may have to pay the applicable early termination  fee.

That, with the ridiculous claim that New Zealand has “Third World  Internet”, shows this little campaign up for the stunt it is…unadulterated  crap.

Oh for a media that actually resarches the claims of anyone associated with  the Fat Kraut.

Marriage is between 2 people of the opposite sex.  AS the Bible says.

Why would a gay person that wants to get married, when in their religion it says it’s a SIN.

The Catholic church has it correct when they say no to it in their church. It doesn’t meet the requirements for the sacramental marriage .

What the Fire Commander Said! Priceless!

For those who understand, no explanation is needed.
For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.
Not fair to make judgement of this,
until you see what the Fire Commander says!!!!

In South Auckland , a 4-flat property was destroyed by a fire.

A Samoan family of six, all welfare recipients and gang members, lived
on the first floor.  They died.

An Islamic group of seven welfare cheats, all illegally in the country from
Pakistan , lived on the second floor.  They, too, all perished.

Six  Black Power & ex-cons lived on the 3rd floor.  They, too,
died.

A white couple lived on the top floor.
The couple survived the fire.

Hone Harawira, Tariana Turia and Pita Sharples (Maori politicians) were
furious!! They flew into Auckland and met with the fire commander. On camera,
they loudly demanded to know why Samoan, Muslims and Black Power people all
died in the fire and why only the white couple lived?

The Fire Commander said, “They were at work.”
